EngageRocket is an employee engagement B2B SaaS platform that helps companies conduct surveys and employee reviews. In this showcase, I led the redesign of one of its key modules. The existing module faced several challenges, including the lack of seamless integration with external HR platforms, which required multiple manual steps to upload and synchronize employee data. It also only supported a manager-based hierarchy, limiting flexibility for organizations with unit-based structures. The redesign focused on creating an intuitive interface that simplifies management, synchronization, and integration with external HR systems. It also introduced support for both manager-based and unit-based structures, offering greater adaptability for different client needs. The result is a smoother, more efficient experience that reduces the workload for HR administrators while ensuring accurate and up-to-date engagement insights.
